The heart chakra, known in Sanskrit as “Anahata,” is a vital energy center located at the center of your chest, near the heart. As one of the seven main chakras within the human body, the heart chakra plays a very important role in balancing your emotional and spiritual well-being. Representing love, compassion, and connection, the heart chakra serves as a bridge between the lower, more earthly chakras and the higher, ethereal ones. This chakra is associated with the element of air.
When the heart chakra is in a state of balance, you can experience a profound sense of love, empathy, and harmony with yourself and the world around you. This equilibrium allows you to give and receive love freely, nurturing both personal growth and well-being.
An imbalanced heart chakra can manifest in various ways. A deficiency in the energy of this chakra may lead to feelings of isolation, emotional numbness, and an inability to form meaningful connections. On the other hand, an excess of energy in the heart chakra can result in over-attachment, co-dependency, and a tendency to prioritize others at the expense of your own well-being. Imbalances in the heart chakra can also contribute to issues such as jealousy, resentment, and a lack of empathy.
Pause 3 seconds
Let`s begin this guided meditation for the heart chakra by finding a comfortable and quiet space where you can sit in tranquility for the duration of this session. Sit or lie down in a relaxed position.
Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Inhale through your nose, and exhale through your nose. Allow any tension to release with each exhale, relaxing deeply in this wonderful moment.
Pause 3 seconds
Breathe naturally and slowly transition into deeper, more intentional breaths. Inhale through your nose, allowing your abdomen to expand. Exhale slowly through your nose, releasing any tension as you breathe out.
Pause 5 seconds
Direct your attention to the center of your chest, where your heart chakra is located. Imagine each breath flowing in and out through your heart center. Picture your breath as a radiant, warm light that fills your chest with each inhale and gently releases all the pain with each exhale.
Pause 5 seconds
Inhale slowly to the count of four, allowing the breath to fill your lungs completely. Hold your breath for a moment. Exhale slowly to the count of six, releasing any tension or stress. Pause briefly before beginning the next breath cycle.
Pause 5 seconds
As you continue this slow, deliberate breathing, you may choose to connect more and more with yourself, with your soul. With each inhale, silently affirm love, compassion, and connection. With each exhale, release any pain or suffering.
Pause 10 seconds
Continue this slow-breathing exercise for a few seconds, thinking that you breathe in love and exhale all the things that are no longer good for you. You are preparing your entire being now for a deep heart opening.
Pause 10 seconds
Allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm, and smile, being grateful that you are here, working with your heart center.
Pause 10 seconds
Imagine yourself in a beautiful and serene place, surrounded by nature. Picture a peaceful place with vibrant greenery, blooming flowers, and a gentle breeze in the air, touching your skin. Feel the freshness and purity of your surroundings, connecting with nature and the fresh air around you.
Pause 10 seconds
Become aware of the air around you. Feel it gently brushing against your skin, carrying the essence of life. Inhale deeply, imagining that with each breath, you are drawing in the pure and revitalizing energy of the air into your heart, and exhale, relaxing deeper into this magical place.
Pause 10 seconds
Bring your attention to the center of your chest, where your heart chakra resides. Visualize a radiant green bulb of energy, like an unopened flower, representing your heart chakra. Feel the warmth and gentle pulsation of this energy center as you continue to breathe in and out, connecting with this place more profoundly.
Pause 10 seconds
As you continue to breathe deeply, see the bulb slowly and gracefully opening its petals one by one, revealing the vibrant green energy within you. Envision a 12-petaled green lotus flower opening in the center of your chest, letting all the love, compassion, and kindness flow into your entire being.
Pause 10 seconds
With the blossoming of the lotus, feel a deeper sense of love and compassion filling your heart space. Visualize this energy expanding outward, reaching every corner of your being. Imagine it as a radiant light that extends beyond your physical body, enveloping you in a cocoon of love.
Continue to breathe and feel this infinite love into your whole self.
Pause 10 seconds
Repeat the following positive affirmations aloud or in your mind, as you feel comfortable.
I am open to giving and receiving unconditional love.
Pause 5 seconds between each affirmation
My heart is a center of compassion and kindness.
I radiate love to myself and others. I love myself unconditionally.
Extend this loving energy to people in your life, to the community, and the world. Visualize your love connecting with the universal energy of compassion. You can imagine this, picturing the entire earth in front of you, spinning like a tiny ball around your body, melting with the green energy that shines from your chest.
Pause 10 seconds
Stay here for a few moments, connecting more with the element of air. Feel the fresh air touching your skin, and bringing more love into your entire being as you breathe in and out.
Pause 15 seconds
Express gratitude for the love and compassion in your heart. Recognize the interconnectedness of all beings through the energy of the heart. Know that you have unlimited love inside of you, that you deserve to be loved, and you can love unconditionally.
Pause 10 seconds
When you’re ready, gently bring your awareness back to the present moment. Observe how you feel after this heart-opening practice, and smile.
Pause 10 seconds
Wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes. Stretch your body, and come back to this practice anytime you need to bring some love into your life. Have a day filled with compassion, kindness, and love, dear friend.
The 5 and 10-minute scripts are based on the 20-minute version but adjusted to the different lengths. For protection, they’re not publicly displayed.

I use Paddle.com for all my payments. They are a reseller and are a leading payment provider loved in the software world. Maybe that's because some of you don't know them. I never had any issue with them on both sides - buying and selling.
Plus, I never see any credit card details, which I love because they take care of all the security, and I have to worry less and you too.
Local sales taxes that apply to your location.
Taxes are handled by Paddle too and they determine the correct taxes based on your details. The price shown on the checkout is always including all sales taxes.
All prices on the ZENmix website are shown in USD and without local taxes as it's easier for most of my customers.
And in case, any local sales tax applies to your order it is immediately shown after opening the checkout.
I can tell you, this tax stuff is ridiculously complicated. That's why I am happy that Paddle also takes care of this for me.
Sure.
You'll find the previews on the product page of each Pack. Simply, select a pack in the product grid above and it takes you to the product page where you can listen to the songs.
Yes, you can buy single tracks on the royalty-free meditation music single track page.
That's a common misconception and understandable if you've never dealt with any licensing before.
Royalty-free music is not free as in free beer. Royalty-free means that you don't have to pay any royalties to the rightsholder for continued use. Classically, you had to pay for every use and with sometimes strict view or usage limits like limited to 5000 CD sales or 5000 downloads.
However, not so with royalty-free music. Instead, you pay for the license once and can use it forever and how often you want.
No. The music is copyrighted by ZENmix and its composers and the copyright remains with ZENmix and its composers.
Most folks use unintentionally the wrong terms, and you might too. Please read our guide on music licensing for the layman
What you buy is a royalty-free license that grants you the use of our music for commercial purposes under certain restrictions. Read the full details about it in ZENmix Royalty-Free License.

It depends.
If you used the music as part of guided meditations, affirmations, visualizations, and your voice is audible, you're allowed to publish it on Spotify and co. It's considered part of your work then.
However, you can not simply publish the track as is on Spotify and co except it's a video platform like YouTube where it's part of the video work.
This depends on the license the music is under. If it's using our Standard License, then:
If it's using our Subliminal License, then:

That's a classical issue for iPhone users. Please use a computer or an Android mobile device to download and extract the songs.
iOS does not support downloading an archive, extracting it, and making the files aka music available for other apps on the device. It's a limitation on iOS created by Apple. I can't fix that.
Paddle sends an email with a download link per pack. So, if you bought the bundle, you'll get 5 emails with a single download link.
Please check your inbox and spam folder for these emails. And if you still didn't find it, please email me at hello@zenmix.io.
The tracks are all in CD quality but are distributed with different bitrates. This is because the packs evolved, and I have not updated older tracks as the bitrate is always acceptable for most use cases of digital audio.
Honestly, most people don't even notice any difference between a 128kbps track and a 320kbps one, especially not on regular consumer speakers or headphones.
