As you immerse yourself in this beautiful landscape, you will be guided to connect with the elemental energies, allowing each chakra to open and align, bringing about a profound sense of well-being.

To begin this, please find a comfortable position, lying down in a room where no one can distract you for the duration of this session. Gently close your eyes, take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, release any tension from your muscles.

Allow the external world to fade away as we delve into the healing energies of the root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown chakras. Let’s create a space for inner peace, restoration, and profound connection with the universal energies that are inside of you.

We begin with a deep breathing exercise to promote relaxation and centering.
Inhale deeply through your nose, filling your lungs and belly with air. Allow your abdomen to expand fully as you breathe in, counting to four. 1… 2… 3… 4…
Hold your breath for a moment at the top of your inhale. Feel the oxygen circulating throughout your body. 1… 2…
Now, exhale slowly and completely through your mouth, emptying your lungs. Feel your abdomen contract. 1… 2… 3… 4…
At the bottom of your exhale, pause for a moment before inhaling again. 1… 2…
Continue this rhythmic breathing pattern, focusing on the count and the sensation of your breath. Inhale for a count of four, hold for two, exhale for four, and pause for two. Allow each breath to be smooth and controlled.

As you continue this deep breathing, let go of any tension in your body. Feel the calming effect of each breath as it nourishes your body with oxygen and promotes a sense of peace. If your mind begins to wander, gently guide your focus back to the sensation of your breath.

Gradually, you may increase the duration of your breath counts if you find it soothing.

Slowly come back to your normal respiration, and now I will guide you to full-body relaxation.

Begin by bringing your attention to your toes. Scrunch them up tightly and then release as you exhale. Feel the tension melting away.

Move your focus to your calves. Tense the muscles in your lower legs and then let go completely as you exhale. Allow the relaxation to spread.

Shift your attention to your thighs. Tighten those muscles and then release, feeling any residual stress dissipate as you exhale.

Move up to your abdomen. Take a deep breath in, expanding your belly, and then exhale fully, releasing any tightness.
Bring your awareness to your hands. Clench them into fists and then release them, feeling the warmth and relaxation flow through your fingers.

Now, let your attention move up to your shoulders. Shrug them up towards your ears, hold them, and then let them drop, letting go of any burdens you may be carrying.

Move to your neck. Gently tilt your head to one side, feeling a stretch, and then to the other side. Allow any tension to melt away.
Bring your focus to your face. Scrunch up your facial muscles, squeeze your eyes shut, and then release. Feel the softness in your forehead, jaw, and cheeks as you exhale.
