Enhance Audio With Healing Frequencies

Use the ZENmix audio enhancer to add solfeggio frequencies, binaural beats, Brainwave Journeys, isochronic tones, angel frequencies, planetary frequencies, alternative healing tones, and noise layers to your own audio file.

Choose an MP3, WAV, or M4A file from your device, add one or more tone layers, adjust the volume of each layer, preview the mix, and export the enhanced audio as a WAV file.

What You Can Add

The enhancer includes classic solfeggio tones, binaural and isochronic presets, Brainwave Journeys, angel number frequencies, planet frequencies, other healing frequency presets, and noise sounds such as white noise.

Binaural beats and isochronic tones can be customized with base frequency and beat frequency controls, so you can create your own variations instead of only using the default preset values.

What Is a Brainwave Journey?

A Brainwave Journey is a binaural beat sequence that changes over time. Each stage has its own beat frequency and length, with smooth transitions between stages. For example, a journey can move from Beta through Alpha and Theta to Delta, all within one audio track.

The stage names refer to brainwave frequency bands. In this tool, the available beat ranges are Beta (14–38 Hz), Alpha (8–14 Hz), Theta (4–8 Hz), and Delta (0.5–4 Hz). Binaural beats use slightly different tones in the left and right ears; the difference between them is the beat frequency. Use stereo headphones to hear the binaural effect.

Start with presets such as Sleep Descent, Wind Down, Deep Meditation, or Focus Blocks, or build a custom binaural beat journey for meditation music, sleep music, guided relaxation, or focus sessions. An intro plays once, a loop repeats, and an optional ending finishes the sequence. The journey automatically fits the length of your audio.

How to Add a Brainwave Journey

1. Choose an MP3, WAV, or M4A file from your device.
2. Under Tone Layers, select Brainwave Journey as the category and click Choose a journey…. Pick a preset and click its Use button, or select Build from scratch. You can add one journey per track alongside other tone or noise layers.
3. Set each stage's band, length in minutes, and beat frequency in Hz. Add or reorder stages in the intro and repeating loop, and optionally choose Add an ending.
4. Adjust the journey's volume and Background hum, the tone that carries the beats. It matches the key of your track by default; you can also pick another note, a Solfeggio frequency such as 528 Hz, 432 Hz, or type in your own value. Set the transition time under Between stages and choose how the sequence finishes under At the end of the music.
5. Check the timeline and click Preview to listen with stereo headphones. When the mix is ready, click Enhance to export your WAV. Use Save as preset to reuse your journey on this device.

Preview Before You Export

Preview plays your uploaded audio together with the selected layers from the beginning. While preview is running, you can adjust layer volumes, frequency settings, and Brainwave Journey stages to hear the changes before creating the final WAV.

The uploaded audio keeps its original volume. Only the added sound layers are adjusted by the volume sliders, and those layers fade in and out to keep the enhanced track smooth.

Local Audio Export

The enhancement process runs in your browser. Your selected audio is mixed locally with the chosen tone and noise layers, then exported as a WAV file that matches the duration of your uploaded input audio.
