Welcome to this guided meditation designed to harmonize and balance your sacral chakra, the second energy center in the chakra system. The sacral chakra, known as Svadhisthana in Sanskrit, is located in the lower abdomen, just below the navel. It is the seat of creativity, pleasure, and sensuality, governing our ability to embrace life’s experiences with passion and joy.
The sacral chakra is symbolized by the color orange and is associated with the element of water. When this energy center is in balance, it allows for a free flow of creativity, emotional expression, and a healthy connection to your sensual nature. A balanced sacral chakra encourages a zest for life, the ability to navigate change, and a harmonious relationship with both self and others.
However, imbalances in the sacral chakra can manifest in various ways. A deficiency may lead to a lack of inspiration, creativity, or a feeling of emotional numbness. On the other hand, an excess of energy in the sacral chakra might result in impulsivity, emotional volatility, or an unhealthy obsession with pleasure.
Pause 3 seconds
Begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space to lie down. Place one pillow under your head, and another one under your knees. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths, inhaling slowly through your nose and exhaling through your mouth. Allow any tension to release with each exhale.
Pause 3 seconds
Prepare to explore the sanctuary within, unlocking the potential of your sacral chakra and fostering a greater sense of well-being and fulfillment. Let us begin the journey to embrace the beauty and vitality that resides within your sacred center.
Pause 3 seconds
Place one hand on your abdomen and the other on your chest. Inhale silently through your nose to a mental count of four. Feel the breath filling your abdomen, allowing it to expand. Hold your breath for a count of seven. Focus on a sense of calm and stillness as you hold your breath.
Exhale completely through your mouth to a mental count of eight, making a whooshing sound. Feel the air leaving your lungs and allow your chest and abdomen to deflate.
Allow the breath to leave your body, feeling a sense of release and relaxation.
Now, inhale again, repeating the 4-7-8 pattern for three additional breath cycles. Feel free to adapt the counting as you wish, the idea is that the inhalation should be shorter than the exhalation.
Pause 5 seconds
Inhale silently through your nose to a mental count of four. Feel the breath filling your abdomen, allowing it to expand. Hold your breath for a count of seven. Focus on a sense of calm and stillness as you hold your breath. Exhale completely through your mouth to a mental count of eight, making a whooshing sound. Feel the air leaving your lungs and allow your chest and abdomen to deflate.
Pause 5 seconds
Remember to maintain a comfortable and natural breathing rhythm throughout the exercise.
Pause 10 seconds
Slowly come back to your normal breathing and observe how you feel in this present moment. Connect with your body and if you feel any pressure, inhale deeply and exhale it out. Imagine all the tiredness coming out through your toes, and relax profoundly.
Pause 10 seconds
Now, imagine yourself in a beautiful, serene garden. Picture lush greenery, vibrant flowers, and a gentle breeze touching your skin. Feel the warmth of the sun on your entire body as you enter this peaceful place. Connect with nature, and create this place as you wish. Use your creativity to make this a dream place for yourself.
Pause 10 seconds
Visualize a pathway leading you deeper into the garden with a river by your side. As you walk, notice the colors and scents around you. The pathway opens up to a secluded, magical space – your personal sanctuary for creativity and sensuality. Again, create this space as you want, and be creative.
Pause 10 seconds
In the center of this sanctuary, sit down, near the river, listen to the calming sound of the water, and relax; envision a radiant orange flower bulb shining in your lower abdomen, just below your navel. This is your sacral chakra, the energy center associated with creativity, pleasure, and sexuality. Watch this energy center, and breathe in deeply more healing energy from the river, exhaling out all the pressure from your body.
Pause 10 second
Focus on this orange bulb, and as you do, see it beginning to glow with a warm, vibrant energy. Imagine it expanding and opening like the petals of a beautiful six-petaled orange lotus flower.
Pause 15 seconds
With each breath, feel the energy of your sacral chakra growing and intensifying. Picture the lotus flower fully blossoming, its petals opening one by one. As it opens, sense a wave of creativity, passion, and sensuality flowing through you.
Pause 10 seconds
If you wish, you can walk into the river, to connect more with the water element, which is the symbol of this chakra.
Pause 10 seconds
Visualize the energy from the lotus flower radiating outward, filling your entire being with a sense of joy, pleasure, and inspiration. Allow yourself to connect with the deep well of creativity within you.
Pause 10 seconds
Take a moment to acknowledge any emotions or sensations that arise during this meditation. If there are any areas of blockage or tension, imagine the vibrant orange energy dissolving and releasing any obstacles, the water helping you to wash them away.
Pause 10 seconds
As we conclude this meditation, express gratitude for the connection you’ve established with your sacral chakra. Picture the lotus flower gently shining, knowing that you can return to this sacred space whenever you wish to nurture and ignite your creative and sensual energy.
Pause 10 seconds
When you’re ready, slowly bring your awareness back to the present moment. Move your pelvic area from side to side, and end this practice with a smile.
Pause 10 seconds
Open your eyes, take a few grounding breaths, and carry the energy of your balanced sacral chakra with you throughout your life. Have a day filled with creativity, pleasure, and love.
The 5 and 10-minute scripts are based on the 20-minute version but adjusted to the different lengths. For protection, they’re not publicly displayed.

I use Paddle.com for all my payments. They are a reseller and are a leading payment provider loved in the software world. Maybe that's because some of you don't know them. I never had any issue with them on both sides - buying and selling.
Plus, I never see any credit card details, which I love because they take care of all the security, and I have to worry less and you too.

Taxes are handled by Paddle too and they determine the correct taxes based on your details. The price shown on the checkout is always including all sales taxes.
All prices on the ZENmix website are shown in USD and without local taxes as it's easier for most of my customers.
And in case, any local sales tax applies to your order it is immediately shown after opening the checkout.
I can tell you, this tax stuff is ridiculously complicated. That's why I am happy that Paddle also takes care of this for me.
Sure.
You'll find the previews on the product page of each Pack. Simply, select a pack in the product grid above and it takes you to the product page where you can listen to the songs.
Yes, you can buy single tracks on the royalty-free meditation music single track page.
That's a common misconception and understandable if you've never dealt with any licensing before.
Royalty-free music is not free as in free beer. Royalty-free means that you don't have to pay any royalties to the rightsholder for continued use. Classically, you had to pay for every use and with sometimes strict view or usage limits like limited to 5000 CD sales or 5000 downloads.
However, not so with royalty-free music. Instead, you pay for the license once and can use it forever and how often you want.
No. The music is copyrighted by ZENmix and its composers and the copyright remains with ZENmix and its composers.
Most folks use unintentionally the wrong terms, and you might too. Please read our guide on music licensing for the layman
What you buy is a royalty-free license that grants you the use of our music for commercial purposes under certain restrictions. Read the full details about it in ZENmix Royalty-Free License.

It depends.
If you used the music as part of guided meditations, affirmations, visualizations, and your voice is audible, you're allowed to publish it on Spotify and co. It's considered part of your work then.
However, you can not simply publish the track as is on Spotify and co except it's a video platform like YouTube where it's part of the video work.
This depends on the license the music is under. If it's using our Standard License, then:
If it's using our Subliminal License, then:

That's a classical issue for iPhone users. Please use a computer or an Android mobile device to download and extract the songs.
iOS does not support downloading an archive, extracting it, and making the files aka music available for other apps on the device. It's a limitation on iOS created by Apple. I can't fix that.
Paddle sends an email with a download link per pack. So, if you bought the bundle, you'll get 5 emails with a single download link.
Please check your inbox and spam folder for these emails. And if you still didn't find it, please email me at hello@zenmix.io.
The tracks are all in CD quality but are distributed with different bitrates. This is because the packs evolved, and I have not updated older tracks as the bitrate is always acceptable for most use cases of digital audio.
Honestly, most people don't even notice any difference between a 128kbps track and a 320kbps one, especially not on regular consumer speakers or headphones.
