Inner Fire Awakening - ~20 min long
The Solar Plexus Chakra, known as Manipura in Sanskrit, is the third energy center in the human body’s chakra system. Located in the upper abdomen, this chakra is often referred to as the seat of personal power and vitality. It is associated with a vibrant yellow color, symbolizing the radiant energy of fire and the sun.
The Solar Plexus Chakra is distinguished by its fiery energy, representing the transformative power within. This chakra is the driving force behind your confidence, self-esteem, and assertiveness. Like the sun illuminating the sky, the Solar Plexus Chakra radiates a powerful energy that empowers you to take charge of your life, make decisions, and pursue your goals with determination.
However, when the Solar Plexus Chakra is imbalanced, it can manifest in various ways. An energy deficiency may lead to feelings of powerlessness, low self-esteem, and a lack of motivation. On the contrary, an excess of energy in the Solar Plexus Chakra can result in arrogance, excessive control, and an unbalanced pursuit of personal goals at the expense of others.

To begin this powerful meditation practice, please find a comfortable and quiet space for yourself. Sit nice and tall, with your back straight but also relaxed. Take a few deep breaths to relax, and when you’re ready, close your eyes slowly.

Inhale in through your nose and exhale through your mouth. Allow your body to relax with each breath. Release any tension or stress you may be holding.
Pause 10 seconds
Now, I will guide you through a fire breathing, or Kapalabhati, which is a traditional yogic breathing exercise that involves forceful and rhythmic exhalations. It’s invigorating and helps to energize the body.
If you have any respiratory or cardiovascular issues, do not practice fire breathing.
Avoid this practice also if you are pregnant, have high blood pressure, or are experiencing any abdominal discomfort.
Do a simple deep breathing exercise instead, please.

Now, let’s begin the fire breathing.
Inhale deeply through your nose, expanding your diaphragm. Feel your lungs fill with air. Exhale forcefully and quickly through your nose by contracting your abdominal muscles. This should be a short and quick burst of breath. Focus on the exhalation, allowing the inhalation to happen passively.

Continue this forceful exhalation and passive inhalation rhythm. The emphasis is on the quick exhalations. Start slowly and gradually increase the pace as you become more comfortable with the technique.
Pause 5 seconds
Keep a steady and comfortable pace that suits your capacity. The breath should be audible but not strained. Aim for around 10-20 breaths.
Pause 10 seconds
Maintain your focus on the rhythmic breaths and the movement of your abdominal muscles. With each exhalation, imagine releasing any tension, stress, or negative energy from your body.
Pause 5 seconds
After completing the rounds, take a few deep, calming breaths. Sit quietly for a moment, observing the sensations in your body, especially the increased energy and warmth generated by the fire breath. Slowly come back to your normal respiration and relax, feeling the fire within you opening.

Now, imagine yourself in a beautiful and serene place. Picture a vast field of golden grass bathed in the warm, radiant light of the sun. Feel the gentle warmth on your skin and the soft ground beneath your feet. This is a sacred space just for you. Create this place as you wish, and walk here barefoot to connect with Mother Nature and the energy of the sun.

Visualize the radiant sun shining brightly. Feel its powerful energy and warmth. Imagine the golden rays extending from the sun, reaching out to embrace your entire being.
As you stand in this sunlight, feel a connection between your being and the powerful energy of the sun. feel the warmth and protection, and power and love.

Now, bring your attention to your solar plexus area, located in the upper abdomen. Visualize a vibrant yellow bulb of energy, like a radiant sun, residing within you.
Feel its warmth and power. With each breath, sense this inner sun growing brighter, filling you with confidence, strength, and vitality.

Direct your focus more to your solar plexus chakra. Picture it as a yellow flower bulb, shining like a tiny sun.

With each breath, see the lotus slowly and gracefully opening its petals. Gently, a 10-petaled yellow lotus flower opens here, and it feels amazing. As it unfolds, feel the energy of the sun merging with the energy of your inner power, creating a harmonious and powerful synergy.

As the lotus fully opens, visualize a harmonious balance of yellow and orange energy swirling together. Sense this radiant energy expanding beyond your body, creating a glowing aura of confidence and self-assuredness. Feel the energy of the sun helping you to open or balance your solar plexus chakra. Stay here for a few moments and observe the sensations in your upper abdomen, right above your navel.
